Vintage Wedgwood clear glass ornaments from the Lilliput range of animals + plants designed by Ronald Stennett-Willson and Paul Miller in the 1970's

I started collecting these back then as I was charmed by the elegant simplicity of the designs. At the time there were 12 in the set. I got to 8. I still like them just as much but they have never ever been used and they deserve better than to be kept in a box.

Each one is in its original individual box. Beautiful, timeless designs that are collectible and still sought after – some of them seem to be selling as paperweights

Invented by a paramedic in Australia, the emergency HELPlite is a unique portal, highly visible alert beacon for all homes. It's practical for use by hikers, campers and travellers and at roadside emergencies. It is invaluable in retirement villages, caravan parks, units and town houses as the layout of such buildings can delay life saving intervention.

Even in these days of ‘just three words’ and sat nav this emergency beacon can be invaluable. Recently I saw one in use in a broken down car and just recently a friend called the ambulance – but they went to the wrong house. With the HELPLite they would have seen the correct location as soon as they turned the corner.
