actioned are displayed on the right of the folder and by highlighting a
call and clicking, the folder for that call will be opened. Once
actioned, a new call can be set up and transferred to the diary. Reports
can be produced based on the fields in the Calls folder, selected by
data, type, objective, outcome, salesperson, etc.
