Contact Management:
Keep records of all your contacts with unlimited notes and names per company. Selective mailing is easy with SalesNotes. From telephone numbers, addresses and job titles to detailed site visit reports, quotations and mailshots, SalesNotes™ enables you to keep detailed records of all your customer communications. Data can be quickly searched and retrieved ensuring you always have the most up-to-date information when you need it.

Calendar and Activity Planning
The SalesNotes™ calendar gives managers a complete overview of all sales activity, whilst also allowing individuals to plan and arrange their own business meetings and activities. Users can make appointments for themselves or other users if authorised and all agendas of all users may be visible if security permits.

Sales Force Management
Members of the sales force can make their own appointments or you can make appointments on their behalf, plan their diaries, analyse their activity and productivity, remind them when calls are due, schedule non-selling activities such as sales meetings and log holidays.

Campaign and Opportunity Management

Remote Data Synchronisation

Using RDS, each member of the sales force can stay in touch with HQ and use their database in the knowledge that it is completely up to date. Call Management 
Using the SalesNotes Diary, means that the Sales Person can see at a glance when appointments can be made and if necessary, HQ personnel can make them on behalf of the sales force too. Calls which have not been actioned are displayed on the right of the folder and by highlighting a call and clicking, the folder for that call will be opened. Once actioned, a new call can be set up and transferred to the diary. Reports can be produced based on the fields in the Calls folder, selected by data, type, objective, outcome, salesperson, etc.

Tele-sales activities can be easily managed and all customer communications accurately logged using SalesNotes™. The Call Reminder facility ensures that any outstanding calls are monitored and provides a prompt when action is required.

Reports 
Sales and marketing reports can be easily produced at the touch of a button, use either the standard SalesNotes™ report format or create your own using Microsoft Word or Excel. Whether you want to analyse the results of a recent mailshot, produce your end of month sales report or put together a more detailed sales forecast for the next Board meeting, SalesNotes™ allows you to quickly and easily find the right information and produce a professional report in a matter of minutes.

Quotations and Orders 
SalesNotes is the complete sales system, which means that you don't have to look for another system to produce your Quotations and all the data is stored in the system for future use. Everything that can be automated is, quote number, products, discounts, totalling, layout, terms and conditions and the transfer of data to the Orders module when an order is received. Even complicated multi-page quotations can be produced, as SalesNotes allows the entry of free format text. From the Orders folder, Invoices can be printed with automated number allocation and job numbers for use by the production team. Save valuable time and avoid costly mistakes, using SalesNotes™ the production of quotes, orders and invoices can be automated. Discounts can be automatically calculated and quotation and order numbers generated and accurately logged against the appropriate contact.

Product Price List 
Enter all your products and prices together with graphics to produce a comprehensive price list which can be shown to customers or used in the production of printed or dynamic data catalogues

Sales Administration 
The Sales Office can manage the sales database on behalf of the sales force, by making appointments, mailings, brochure despatch etc. All this activity can be logged on the relevant records and downloaded to each sales person when a communications link is made. From the sales person's end, requests can be sent to the sales office for selective mailings or phone follow up calls to be made.
