Research was undertaken towards the degree of DPhil at the University of York, England. It involved time spent with a distributed international CoP both in the UK and in the USA.

E-mail Overload
This research was undertaken at the request of a major European actuarial organisation and was intended to explore a perceived problem of e-mail overload within the organisation.
