Our interest in things herbal begain when my mother in law gave us
some parsley and thyme. The interest grew to the point where we ran a small
sideline business - White Rose Herbs, through which we cultivated and sold
herb plants. We were getting a good reputation, locally, for quality,
were extending the range of herbal products beyond plants and were actually
making a profit and then junior came along. The choice had to be
made - the business or the child - no contest really is it. So, under
pressure from other projects and family commitments, the herbal interest
is on a low heat - for the moment! |
